TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Details: 30% deposit on booking and signing of shoot agreement and the final 70% 8-weeks prior to first shoot date.

Cancellation by Shooting Agent: Strathearn Country Sports reserves the right to cancel any stalk or shoot day with a full refund given for all sporting costs.

Cancellation by Client: If the stalk or shoot day is cancelled by the client and the agent is able to re-let the booking, the client will receive a refund minus an administration fee to cover costs. If, due to the lateness of the cancellation, re-letting is not possible the client is liable for the full costs. Cancellation charges, deposit and payment requirements, are detailed within client Specific Conditions of Agreement (supplied with quote).

Final Decision: All instructions and decisions given by the agent or their appointee are final. Failure to comply with such instructions or decisions may result in the cancellation of the booking with no right to a refund or compensation.

Wounded Deer: Wounded or lost animals must be paid for in full plus the loss of carcass revenue as assessed by the agent, or their appointee.

Shooting Accuracy: All clients may be required to make 2 successful test shots at a target. If the client misses he will be unable to stalk until satisfactorily shooting accuracy has been achieved.
